What is a TymeCode?

The TymeBank TymeCode is simply a 9 digits code that is generated on you banking app or cell phone banking for doing cash deposits into your account.

To do a deposit at a till point, you can show the TymeCode to one of the cashiers and give them the money you want to deposit.

Fees and Charges.

It is not free to deposit cash into your TymeBank account, although the fees are quiet reasonable also.

TymeBank charges R6.00 for every R1 000.00 you deposit, you first R1 000.00 however it is completely free.

The charge of R6.00 is all dependent on which method you choose to use between using TymeCode or you card.

TymeBank Withdrawals

If you want to do withdrawals, the money that you deposited is completely free, there are no charges.

To do withdrawals, you won’t be able to visit any of their ATMs like other banks, you have to use one of their partners to do a withdrawal, Boxer or Pick n’ Pay

If you want to make use of an ATM, you can use any of the other ATMs like FNB, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Capitec and ABSA.

The charge for using foreign ATM is R9.00 for every R1 000.00.
