SASSA R350 Payment Methods Updated April<\/h2>\n

Encouraged to utilize alternate payment methods for social grant beneficiaries.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Press Release: June, 1st 2026\n

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) notifies beneficiaries of social grants that payments for July 2022 will start on July 4 for older people, followed by July 5 for recipients of<\/p>\n

disability grant, and July 6 for recipients of all other grants.<\/p>\n

Customers who don’t have PINs or who have forgotten them are urged to reset them at the Post Office location that is closest to them.<\/p>\n

PIN codes do not need to be renewed if the owner still recalls them.<\/p>\n

This will provide SASSA’s clients the ability to use their SASSA cards at any Point of Sales, including ATMs and merchant establishments, and allow them to receive their grants through all accessible channels (for example Pick n Pay, Shoprite, Boxer or U-Save).<\/p>\n

Beneficiaries who receive their social grants from SASSA mobile pay points are also informed that they are not required to wait for the cash payment dates because they can access their grants at any time through the aforementioned payment infrastructures on the days designated for the specific grants.<\/p>\n

Beneficiaries are also encouraged not to discuss their PINs with anybody, not even immediate relatives, and to always be watchful and cautious while using them.<\/p>\n

Your SASSA R350 Payment Info Update<\/h2>\n

Lenders may change any personal information that was previously submitted on the SRD website<\/a> in error, as well as their answers to the application’s screening questions.<\/p>\n

Starting on Friday, July 1st, you may do this on the SRD website<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Clients should change their information by no later than 7 July 2022 if they desire to update their screening questions for the evaluation of the April and May 2022 Periods.<\/p>\n
